Great service. Very nice and they came pretty quick considering the bad weather we are currently experiencing. The price was reasonable and he got us home quickly. Also he was a great driver. Our driveway isn't that big but he was able to get it parked in our spot pretty good. The next time we need any services, I will definitely use this company!! Thanks for saving us tonight in this bad weather. Oh and the driver was very nice and friendly.
The service professionals who came to assist me with a lockout named Chris. Chris was extremely punctual, friendly, and he had a great attitude. I was very impressed with the company's response time. I only waited for about 15 minutes from the time I initially placed the call to the time the driver got to my location. Chris was able to get me back on the road and back to my job all within 30 minutes. Whatever this company is doing they seem to have a great communication system and very good response times.
I can't say enough good things about their service! My car wouldn't start, and the first roadside assistance company couldn't get it going. That's when Chris arrived and turned my day around. Not only did he successfully jump-start my car, but he also went the extra mile to help me retrieve a small cap that covers the positive terminal for the battery. It had fallen deep into a tricky spot, and I thought it was a lost cause. Chris didn't hesitate—he laid down on the snow-covered ground and carefully worked to get it out for me. His patience, kindness, and expertise were truly impressive.
Your service was very helpful and professional. He called me directly to verify before he arrived. Jay arrived quickly (less than 45 minutes) and was very curteous and competent. He communicated everything that he needed to be do to get my vehicle hooked up. It was a reassuring end to a stressful day.
